You Can Trust God With It
“God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.” 1 Corinthians 1:9, NKJV.
It could be said that we live in a day of unfaithfulness. We can see where some husbands and wives are unfaithful to their marriage vows. Children are often unfaithful to the principles taught by their parents. Parents are often unfaithful to meet the needs of their children. And all too frequently we are unfaithful to God.
Many see all the tragedies that take place in the world today and say that God is unfaithful to all the promises that He made in the Bible.
Faithful is often defined as “Being true to one’s word, promises or vows”. God is the one that certainly fits the definition. He is faithful is so many ways.
He is faithful in taking care of us (1 Peter 4:19). He is faithful in meeting our needs (Philippians 4:19). He is faithful in helping us resist temptation (1 Corinthians 10:13). He is faithful in protecting us from the evil one (2 Thessalonians 3:3). His faithfulness reaches to the skies (Psalm 36:5).
Be encouraged today in know that God is faithful to be there with you, walk beside you, carry you, and do whatever is necessary to help you through the difficulty you may face.
