Only By Grace
“But by the grace of God I am what I am……..” 1 Corinthians 15:9-10, NKJV.
Every born again believer in Jesus Christ must have his own periods of wonder and amazement at the goodness and grace of God. I know I have had those periods and still do on a regular basis. I stand amazed at the grace of God in my own life.
If you’re never amazed at the grace of God in your own life, something is wrong. The Apostle Paul, one of the holiest men who ever lived, knew and appreciated that it was only by the grace of God that he was who he was.
Look around and you will see the grace of God all over your life. There are many things we could complain about but there are many more things in our life where the grace of God has covered us.
It is a healthy attitude when we are amazed at the grace of God and how He extends His grace to us who are so undeserving to receive that grace. Thank you Lord!
Take account of your own life and you will realize where God’s grace has been extended to you over and over.
Be encouraged today by the grace of God that covers so much of your life.
