Guard Your Mind
“…if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy–meditate on these things.” Philippians 4:8, NKJV.
The devil will use any way that he can to get into your life. One way that he can wiggle into your life is through your thoughts. Your thoughts are very important in keeping the devil out of your life.
We need to guard against letting our mind wander to things that the devil might use against use. Negative thoughts, thoughts of doubt or thoughts of sinful things will swing open the door of your mind and the devil will come rushing in.
We must be on guard against this scheme of the devil at all times. None of us are immune to this. In Philippians 4:8, Paul tells what we must keep our mind on to avoid any opportunity for the devil to sneak in.
Paul tells us to only think of good things, and positive things. This will always help us against the enemy.
Be encouraged today by not playing mind games with the devil. He will always win at those games. We must not allow our mind to be used against us by our enemy.
