Be Brave and Stay Strong
“Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong.” 1 Corinthians 16:13, NKJV
Each day has challenges of its own. We are not sure what we will have to deal with today, tomorrow or the days after. There is no way of knowing what each new day will bring into our lives.
One thing that we do know for sure is that we will need to handle whatever comes our way with dignity and honor for the Lord.
Our scripture for today gives us four things that we can do that will help us handle whatever comes into our life in a way that will honor the Lord and in a way that will ensure we will ultimately have victory.
The verse tells us to “watch, stand fast, be brave and be strong”. We are to be alert and watch out for satan that would defeat us today. We are to stand fast in our faith when the trials come; don’t walk away from your faith so easily.
We are to be brave and strong in the face of any temptations or troubles that we might face today or any day.
Be encouraged today in knowing that you can do those four things today no matter what comes your way. You are not alone and Christ is standing with you. Victory is already yours. Stand on your faith and that victory will be yours.
