Trust is a Valuable Thing
“Do not think that I came to destroy the Law of the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass away from the law till all is fulfilled”. Matthew 5:17-18, NKJV.
Trust is a valuable thing that we place in someone. We want to trust our doctor. We want to trust the medicines we take. We want to trust our feelings.
It is good to know that in this crazy time of life; we can still trust God and His Word.
The scripture for this morning reminds us that not one word found in the Bible will ever change its meaning to our life. Not one word in that precious book will ever pass away. You trusted it before all the mess in your life started and you can still trust it today and you will be able to trust it always.
Be encouraged today, in knowing that the Word of God stands as the guide we need to follow today. When everything else seems to be in question, remember to go to the word of God and there you will find hope and peace and you can be sure you can trust it to always guide you in the right direction.
