Here, Let Me Help You
“Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.” John 16:7, NKJV
It’s always nice to have a helper when you are doing something that is hard. Life is hard at times and it’s always nice to have a friend close by to help when things get difficult.
Our scripture for today reminds us that God sent us His helper when He sent the Holy Spirit to live within all Christians so He (the Spirit) could be our helper.
The Holy Spirit does many things in our life. He comforts us, He guides us, He reminds us, He teaches us and He help us when we find ourselves facing a difficult time in our life.
Be encouraged today in knowing that you are not alone in your struggles of life. Yes, you do have your family and you do have your friends but you also have the helper of God, His Holy Spirit.
