Even The Heavens Will Praise Him
“And the heavens will praise Your wonders, O LORD; Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the saints.” Psalm 89:5, NKJV
The scripture is full of praise for the Lord Almighty. Our verse for today says, “The heavens will praise Him.
Luke 19:39-40 says, “ And some of the Pharisees called to Him from the crowd, “Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.” But He answered and said to them, “I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.”
Philippians 2:11 says, “…and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
These scriptures remind us that not only does God deserve praise but if we fail to praise Him, the rocks along with the heavens will cry out with praise to Him.
Praising God has a very calming and healing effect upon the soul of a person. A song, a thankful word, a word of praise can bring calm into the most anxious of moments.
Be encouraged today in knowing that even on your hardest day, there is a praise left down in your spirit. Offer Him praise today even though it is difficult to do because of the unpleasant situation in your life.
