Even Death Can’t Keep Us Down
“….I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.” John 11:25, NKJV
Death is a certain part of life. Each of us has been dying since our first breath as a new born baby. The return of Christ and our bodily rapture will be the only way we might miss the physical experience of death.
For the Christian, the length of death is but a twinkling of an eye. In that flash of a moment we will pass through death on our way to life eternal with Christ.
I want a religion that can comfort me even in death, a religion that can unite me with my loved ones.
Oh, what gloom and darkness would settle upon this world if it was not for the glorious doctrine of the resurrection!
Thank God for the promise of the resurrection; that in a moment we will be removed from our grave, given a new body, and raptured to be with Him and our loved ones forever and ever.
Even the grave can’t hold us down.
