Trust Is Not Part Time
“Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us.” Psalm 62:8, NKJV
Some people can only trust God when they see all is easy and clear before them, but not when things are difficult and maybe not so clear.
They will trust when there is no opposition, no persecution but when there is just clear easy sailing.
Well, that is walking by sight, and not by faith. We are to trust in the Lord at all times.
Our scripture for today says, “At all times” we are to trust Him. I agree that trust is much easier when things are going so well and the path ahead is smooth.
We will need to trust the Lord at all times because the path is not always clear and easy. Most times the path of life is bumpy and difficult; those are the times when trust is the most difficult and that is when trust in the Lord is most needed.
