Here We Go!
“…Let us run the race with endurance that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith…” Hebrews 12 1-2, NKJV
Here we go into another year. What will 2023 hold for us? We do not know. Only the Lord knows. But He does know. He is already there waiting for us, prepared to walk with us in this New Year. There may be great news, there may be difficult news. There may be mountains to climb, there may be valleys to cross. Matthew 28:20 says, “And lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
So He has promised He will be there with us. If that is true, and it is, then we must practice Hebrews 12 1-2. “keeping our eyes on Jesus”. There will be many flashy things that will distract our focus on Jesus but we must reject those temptations and keep our eyes fixed on Him for His help through this New Year.
Be encouraged today that the Creator of this universe walks beside you today and everyday.
So, Here We Go! Hang On! Keep Those Eyes On Jesus!
