Paid In Full

“When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.” John 19:30, KJV

Isn’t it nice when you get a notice from someone that you were in debt to, that your bill is “paid in full”?

On this day, known as Good Friday, Jesus Christ was hanging on a cross dying for the sins of everyone on planet earth. Though His sacrificial death happened some 2,000 years ago, every born again Christian should recognize this day as the day their sins were “paid in full”.

In order to receive that “paid in full” notification concerning our multitude of sins, one must first confess their need to be forgiven and saved, and then ask Jesus Christ into their heart and life as their Savior.

On this Good Friday, if you are a true born again Christian, give thanks to the God that loved you so much that He allowed His only Son, Jesus, to die on that cross in payment for your sins.

If you have never prayed that prayer seeking forgiveness for your sins and asking Jesus Christ to live in your heart as your Savior, do that today so cost of your sins can be “paid in full”.
