You’ve Got Mail

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness……” 2 Timothy 3:16, NKJV.

We’ve learned the meaning of the computer words, “You’ve Got Mail”. It is an alert from our e-mail server that we have an email waiting on us. You’ve Got Mail.

Do you own a Bible? You’ve got mail! God has sent you mail in the form of His written word to all mankind. We call it the Bible.

Our scripture for today reminds us what the mail from God contains.

It contains doctrine, reproof, correction, instruction and so much more. God sent this mail to us in hopes that we would read it, meditate upon it, learn it, hide it in our hearts and most of all, use it.

Be encouraged today in knowing that you’ve got mail of the best kind. Did you ever get mail that made you unhappy?

The mail from God is mail that will encourage you, inspire you, challenge you, and comfort you. However, you’ve got to open the mail. If you don’t open it, it can’t help you.

Don’t wait till Sunday to open your mail. Open it today. There is something good for you in it every single day of your life.
